Episode 4

Jean Robert. Very cool. OK, I expected him to speak French and Creole, but the Chinese was a very big surprise.

Todd - playing smart as always... getting himself the immunity idol clue from Dave, and with magic Ping Pong ball gone, Todd's the only member of fei long who even knows about the idol.

Meanwhile, over on the other team, Sherea really missed the opportunity to prove herself to her tribe while her nemesis was kidnapped. The only question is: will it matter?

I'm LOVING the Amazing challenges this season. The fireball/fireworks reward challenge was terrific. Then they followed it up with the fully costumed immunity challenge, and more freeze-frames - no doubt just for Cliffy.

Sing with me now: Everybody was Kung Fu Fighting...

I found it interesting that Jean Robert chose to sit out the immunity challenge. He's surprising me left and right tonight. Mostly that he's still there, since I chose him as my pick prior to the first episode, which generally means doom for any survivor. ;)

As for Dave - I found myself wondering what I would have done given the option of voting out him or Sherea. While I agree that he was condescending and bossy to his tribe mates, he did work his tush (and his gut) off. Sherea, on the other hand, did nothing around camp, and while she said she was conserving energy for comps, she wasn't terribly impressive there either.

That said, I'd have lost Sherea and let Dave work for me another couple weeks. How about you?

Anyone know where I might catch a live feed east coast time? If so, please share. This west coaster is feeling totally left out because by the time I post, everyone's done and has gone on with their life.

Hmmmmmm, guess I could get a life of my own and just not worry about posting my opinion-LOL!!!

Have fun tonight Carolyn.

8:18pm: Good idea kidnapping Dave. I never understood the choice of the weakest player. If you take their leader then it would be like a snake without a head.

Go Sharea for standing up to Dave but can there be a clothing rewards challenge?

And why sit Courteney out now and not for the Immunity Challenge. Maybe they think it'll be a mental challenge?

The Probst narration ended with how J-R's slowly picking up the slack and how he's confident his tribe will notice. And J-R and Courteney bickered a bit.

8:33pm- J-R pulling out the Mandarin and their fishing techniques were pretty friggin' awesome! It was the delicatedest thing I've ever seen.

OMGosh and how lucky is Todd? Getting all the clues! I think he's the black widow and Dave's gonna get voted out by his tribe!

8:42pm: The challenge was like the Survivor China Matrix, what was that effect? I think Fei Long could've done much if J-R played.

So who will it be? Dave v. Sharea with Sharea getting kicked out for lazy behavior.

Again, the super sexiest get the axe!

Well, at least I still have the lunch lady to lust after!

Oh, and, again, notice how the Sphinx speaks to the camera, but, still, not a word to anyone else.

She's a mystery! Oooh.

I would have voted Dave off too, lazy I can handle, but bossy and annoying is just too much. Besides, she isn't that great at challenges so she can go next if they want her to.

I wish they would give them some clothes already.

Well, not as sexy as LunchLadyLand, but, wacky eye bulge, not everyone can be a former model-slash-bartender!

Now freeze!

And another thing ...

How much do you love the people who come up with these challenges? Gone are the days of the same challenge recycled for the millionth time. After having subjected myself to the crap that was Pirate Master (until the bitter, ironic and actually tragic end) I have to say that it really takes serious imagination.

Cuz that show's challenges were poopie.

Cliff - exactly! the challenges completely rock this season!

what ever happened on pirate master anyhow? who won?

The show's getting better and better...and now new romances are blooming

Really starting to love Todd...and does he have luck or what?

Am I the first to actually comment about Erik being a virgin? Whats that about? He's sooooo cute, as is Aaron

Glad to see Dave go...maybe it'll force the rest of them to step it up in camp. Now PG can try to take over the reigns, although she had some bossy moments in the beginning as well.

I see Sherea going next if she doesnt help out

:( still missing BB

Re: What happened on Pirate Master.

Ben won. But that wasn't the tragic part.

Cheryl, the assistant DA from Nevada who was cool and tough and smart and eventually 86'ed for all of the above came back for the final challenge and helped Ben win. As a result, she pocketed some money herself.

But back at home, the boyfriend she left behind was upset she left for so long to do the show. And when they were reunited, he was upset that the show was doing so badly in the ratings and that, after being gone so long, she didn't win. He killed himself.

And once the show left the air and went online only the poor girl, unable to recover from the loss of her boyfriend killed herself as well.

The final episode was dedicated to her. It was shocking and horribly sad.

DEFINITELY! I definitely would have voted Sherea out and kept Dave to keep working. They obviously needed the help! She was driving me crazy about her body comes first, yada yada. Dave may be weird and bossy, but all he's doing is helping the rest of the tribe to be/stay/get stronger!

Have they ever had someone on there like Lunch Lady before?

And what was up with the fish-regurgitating birds?!

I think that Fei Long wins because of James. Hands down.

So far, I like: Frosti, Amanda, Todd, and James. :)
